1. Introduction
Welcome to Glamarode Technologies. By accessing our platform, purchasing digital assets, or booking consultations, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Digital Assets & Custom Services
All pre-built digital assets are sold "as-is". Prices are fixed and non-negotiable. Upon purchase, the client receives commercial usage rights. Glamarode Technologies retains the core architectural source code unless explicitly stated otherwise in a custom development contract.
3. Consultation & Booking Fees
Booking an appointment with our elite consultants requires a non-refundable fee of ₹1,000. This fee compensates for the time and real-time database access provided by our experts. The appointment will be scheduled within 1-2 hours typically, but may take up to 2-3 days depending on active ticket volume.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed securely via PayU. Digital asset purchases and consultation booking fees are strictly non-refundable once the transaction is marked as "success" in our database.
